Le Castella
LE CASTELLA, ISOLA CAPO RIZZUTO – (KR)
From above, beautiful reflections appeared in the sea, Capo Rizzuto that ends in a point on the sea, flat and Le Castella, the town that is located in front of the Cape. But as you get closer, you see Le Castella clearly without reflection anymore. I was able to observe, as I have already noticed other times, that the sea inlet, if you find yourself observing it from one side, you have the impression that it penetrates the mainland more deeply than it appears from the observation of the geographic map so much that the map seems to you, in this regard wrongly and inaccurate.

The PIC (Polo Innovazione Cassiodoro) is an enterprises network made up of a series of private companies and a research organization that work in synergy to encourage innovative activities in the field of Culture and Tourism through the promotion, the sharing of structures and the exchange of skills. It aims to make effective the transfer of knowledge, the dissemination of information and the collaboration between the bodies that make up the Polo at various levels in order to create new products, goods and services for the areas concerning Cultural Heritage and activities, tourism and cultural industry and transfer of innovation.
 
 

PIC is set up as a hub of cultural services of the Regione Calabria and it has the main aim to promote new public strategies of high social and cultural value of highly specialized impact in combining the dissemination of culture with the promotion of knowledge on a local and global scale and, at the same time, with the objective of triggering a process of social and economic revitalization of the territory and of the productive, commercial and tourist activities existing inside it.
